I got to the office 10 minutes early and was immediately taken back. I left 10 mins after my appointment time was scheduled. The nurse practitioner was extremely thorough and prescribed me medications and further testing as she was concerned with something she noticed during my check up.

First time having a health appointment in years but it was a pleasant one. Got the help I needed and thankful for it. The video call was answered a little bit late but it's understandable.

My first time appointment was telehealth and finished 10 mins before the time it was scheduled for. It was a simple refill and for once, a doctor’s appointment felt simple too.
They called me 20 mins before my appointment to make sure I wasn’t having difficulties (my computer wouldn’t let me check in) and told me to join the call whenever ready. Less than a few minutes later, the nurse joined.

The dr listened to what I had to say and did what she could to explain every little thing she was doing to help me and get me right. Which means a lot since I get scared of drs and new people. She was calm and understanding
